WarrantyREPAIR
Warranty Policy
AIX International Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AIX") provides after-sales service and offers a one-year warranty for the product body (excluding accessories, cables, tubes, water bags, and other components) as specified in this policy. Any damage caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the user manual is not covered under warranty. In such cases, AIX reserves the right to charge customers for repair services.
1. Warranty Coverage
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of AIX products and is non-transferable. To avail of warranty services, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and comply with all terms and conditions stated in the warranty policy. Warranty claims from unauthorized resellers of AIX products will not be accepted.
2. Warranty Terms (Applicable Only in Taiwan)
- The warranty provides comprehensive service coverage and applies only to AIX products (silicone model products, excluding surgical cutting and suturing models) and software/hardware (APP electronic control system). Products that malfunction due to non-human defects, despite following the user manual, are eligible for warranty service. Consumables such as surgical cutting and suturing models, water bags, tubes, tube connectors, water tanks, etc., are not covered under the warranty.
- This warranty applies only to products sold by AIX or its authorized distributors.
- If a product is found to have a non-human defect within the first month from the warranty start date, and it has been used according to the user manual, the customer may return it to AIX for repair. AIX will cover all repair costs, including labor and parts replacement. After the first month from the warranty start date, if the product malfunctions due to non-human defects, the customer must return it to AIX for repair and will be charged round-trip shipping fees.
- If the returned product is beyond the warranty period or falls under non-warranty conditions (refer to "Exclusions"), repair and replacement services will be subject to charges, including labor, parts, and round-trip shipping costs. When returning the product, please ensure it is in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories.
3. Exclusions
- Failure to provide clear proof of purchase.
- Failure to follow the user manual or damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to exposure to water, corrosion, drops, compression, or extreme temperature and humidity conditions.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unforeseen incidents.
- Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse, incorrect installation, overvoltage, transportation accidents, and other external causes.
- Failures or damages caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning, abnormal voltage fluctuations, or environmental factors.
- Disassembly, modification, or use of non-original parts by unauthorized repair service providers.
- Altering, falsifying, or modifying the product serial number barcode, or if the barcode is damaged and cannot be identified for warranty verification.
- Disassembling product parts or casing (only the manufacturer is authorized to perform product disassembly).
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, uncertified platforms, or second-hand markets.

- Consumable parts of the product, such as batteries, charging cables, etc.
- Non-product accessories, such as packaging boxes, manuals, etc.
4. Warranty Period Calculation and Basis
- The warranty period starts from the product purchase date (a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required) and lasts for one year (e.g., January 1, 2024 – January 2, 2025). If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product serial number (factory shipment date).
- Warranty coverage within the first month from the warranty start date (e.g., January 1, 2024 – February 2, 2024).
- Warranty coverage after one month from the warranty start date (e.g., If the warranty starts on January 1, 2024, it changes after February 3, 2024).
5. Other Terms
- AIX does not guarantee the product's suitability for any specific purpose beyond those listed in the user manual.
- AIX is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses caused by product defects, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business investment losses, business interruptions, loss of goodwill, or disruption of business relationships. AIX is also not responsible for damages or failures of other equipment caused by its products.
6. Important Notes
- Before repairing the product, AIX will contact the customer to inform them of possible repair costs and confirm whether they agree to the charges. Shipping fees are calculated separately.
- If the product requires a paid repair, but the customer declines the service, they must still pay for return shipping. If the customer does not retrieve the repaired product within 30 days after notification, AIX is not responsible for its storage and reserves the right to dispose of it.
- Since accessories and cables are not covered under warranty, any repair requests for these components will incur additional charges.
- AIX's main products are silicone-based. If human-induced damage such as cuts or scratches causes silicone tearing, the product is more prone to deterioration with repeated use.
- To facilitate future product repairs, it is recommended to keep the original packaging box and use it when sending products for repair.
- When returning products for repair, ensure they are clean and dry. If there is any liquid residue, clean and air-dry the product before shipping. Properly package silicone products and electronic control systems to prevent damage during transportation. If additional damage occurs during transit, repair costs will be charged based on AIX's standard pricing.
